Bootcamp is an intensive physical workout held outdoors, designed to improve your fitness, make you stronger, give you more energy, and help you get more toned. A training session consists of running, interval, and strength exercises and lasts about an hour. The strength exercises are mainly done using your own body weight. Under the guidance of a trainer, you work out in a group, while still taking into account what you can handle individually.
